KEMP will form a collaborative consortium with KAIST to participate in the 2023 Hanover Industrial Fair in Hanover, Germany, 

for five days from April 17 (Monday) to 21 (Fri) to operate the Manufacturing AI Metaverse Factory Experience Center.

KEMP is scheduled to participate in the Hanover Industrial Fair in Germany for the second year following last year.

KEMP's excellent manufacturing technology and AI technology will be introduced to the world. 

Visitors to the "Manufacturing AI Metaverse Factory Experience Center" can wear virtual reality (VR) equipment and 

experience what they want from stage 1 to stage 3 as if they are in the field. 

▲ Stage 1 – VR provides training and practice in the manufacturing field

In the first phase, you can listen to, store, and analyze manufacturing data and practice it immediately, 

and it is very useful for beginners to understand the production process and can also be used for job 

training for new manufacturers.

▲ Stage 2 – VR screen for remote factory operation in a metaverse environment

In the second stage, the Metaverse will allow you to monitor and operate remote factory facilities and provide 

experiences to Ulsan plants about 9,000 km away from local booths in Germany. When manufacturing AI 

automatically detects a dangerous situation and sends an alarm, it can access the metaverse space to take 

safe action and prevent accidents even if the operator is far from the site.

▲ Step 3 - VR screen to freely place facilities and review optimal movement 

In Stage 3, you can freely place the facilities on a metaverse that is implemented exactly like the manufacturing 

site. The workers applied the facility layout in various ways and autonomously judged convenience and efficiency 

so that the optimal working flow could be implemented.
