KEMP Recognized as a Great Workplace in Korea's Core Manufacturing Industries
KEMP was one of 15 companies recognized as good workplaces in core manufacturing at a ceremony held at Seoul Dragon City in Yongsan, Seoul, on November 23, 2022. The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy's program assesses working conditions, employee welfare and business stability. The ceremony also recognized 10 distinguished core manufacturing companies.
The program promotes companies with strong working and welfare environments, business stability and growth capabilities. It aims to improve workplaces and recruitment in Korea's core manufacturing industries.
The program described in the announcement covered eligible small and mid-sized companies in process industries such as casting, molds, metal forming, welding, surface treatment and heat treatment. Selection combined document review and on-site assessment of workplace welfare, stability and growth capability.
