elcozin is an ambient-drying, alcohol-based inorganic zinc flake coating (ZFC). The lamellar zinc structure and ceramic binder provide barrier protection, complemented by the sacrificial-anode action of zinc. This combination delivers corrosion resistance in a 20–30 μm film. The coating can be applied to large steel structures and on site without heat-curing equipment.

This is an alcohol-based solvent-borne coating with a reported VOC content of 390 g/L [KS M ISO 11890-2:2013, GC/FID]. Toluene and xylene are not used. Separate RoHS-related substance and adhesion reports are available.
