A clear inorganic coating designed to delay white rust and improve the corrosion resistance of electrogalvanized surfaces.

G+PLUS is a clear corrosion-protection coating based on an inorganic (ceramic) binder. It inhibits oxidation and dissolution of the zinc layer and serves as an alternative to chromate post-treatment for hot-dip galvanized and electrogalvanized products. A 1–3 μm film preserves the original zinc finish while improving corrosion resistance. The coating cures at ambient temperature and dries within 15 minutes.
