Field demonstrations across more than 10 km in several municipalities. Case records include approximately 2.2 km on Ulsan's southern ring road and 600 m in Gijang, Busan. Surface preparation, application and inspection follow assessment of the remaining zinc coating and substrate.
KEMP began supplying threaded rods and cable trays to domestic data centers in June 2026. Coating thickness, thread dimensions, coverage of fabricated surfaces and assembly quality are evaluated together. Separate KTR 480 h bracket test data are also available.

Actual coil coating at KEMP's factory and heat-exchanger evaluation. The source reports observations beyond 6,600 h SST and a 168 h exposure of HiGANiC Silver to vapor from 28% ammonia solution.
Innozinc shackles, U-bolts and fastening accessories were evaluated for corrosion, forming, impact, abrasion and load performance. The KTR 600 h neutral salt-spray test used KS D 9502:2024 with client-specified conditions and component-specific assessment areas.
